Can't get LTE inside my apt and wireless much faster than 4g ATT in L.A? LTE in L.A??

I FINALLY received my iphone. Wifi is blazing fast but when i turn it off and use only cellular it seems much slower... im also paying for LTE with ATT but it doesn't even receive LTE... If it did shouldn't it say LTE on top? All I see is 4g...

For folks in L.A... Are u getting LTE?
