NFC, faster processor, better battery. Fairly typical of any "S" edition. Same look and feel, just faster and usually one random/major feature addition. 3G-3GS = faster, better battery, video recording. 4-4S = faster, better battery, Siri.

Faster processor is obvious (A7)
NFC
Hopefully 128GB option; for the same price as current 64GB
16GB is dropped
Better back camera

Oh please. Antenna gate was much much worse than scuff gate, and it happened under jobs.
