Need help on verizon iphone5 unlock

I bought full priced verizon iphone5 from apple store
Is full priced unlocked internationally and locally?
I heard it was, but someone said verizon changed their policy or something

Can anyone help?

Verizon iPhone 5 gsm slot is unlocked.

Doesnt matter if you bought it full price or under contract. The iPhone 5 is unlocked to all carriers via the 3G sim slot right out of the box due to FCC regulations with Verizon. Long story short you can use it on any carrier right now with 3G*.

They didnt change their policy.
All verizon iphone 5 models sold are fully unlocked for GSM use.
Any GSM sim will work fine.

Yes, but your LTE will not work, only ATT's fake 4G will work.

If you have ATT, just go buy an ATT one.

... and, yes, the Verizon one is GSM factory unlocked and will work domestically and internationally.

I ordered the nano sim-cutter but it doesn't arrive until next week, so I won't be able to use it until next week.

I really hope it works out well.
