New Handbrake Problem: Got the file size down, now this happens....

Now that I have finally figured out how to get the size of my handbrake movie down from 6 GB to 1.5GB, this is what the entire movie looks like both on my laptop and my iphone. I think this goes beyond an issue of crappy quality- there is something majorly wrong going on here.


Any suggestions on what I am doing wrong?

I assume your 6GB file didn't look like this? Did you open and test it to see?

Hmm, now I am wondering if this has something to do with the DVD encryption
