How do I use separate POP accounts with Outlook 2011?
Hiya. I'm new to the Mac. On my PC I was using Outlook 2010 to access my hotmail and POP email accounts.
I now have a 2012 Air. I'm using Mail for hotmail with the mBox add-on so that I can view my the separate folders I have for my hotmail account. I've also Outlook 2011 installed on my Air as well. I have a handful of POP email accounts (cheaper then IMAP) which I want to set up with it, but it is lumping all the mail together. How do I set it up so that each pop account has separate inboxes or outboxes? I've tried searching the internet but all I'm finding is that its not possible unless you have IMAP accounts. Surely there must be away. If not is there a different mail program I should use? |

Set up different Identities under Outlook for each mailbox.
Do both sets of instructions here: http://www.dummies.com/how-to/conten...11-for-ma.html Once you enable the option to show the Select Identity box at startup it'll be pretty easy to cycle through each account. |
