Keyboard issue when sending picture

On my JB iPhone 5 (6.1.2) whenever I try to send a message(containing an image) from my photos app, the layout is all weird, and doesn't fill my screen.

It's like it's for the older devices with smaller screens because of the blank at the bottom.

I tried to do it in safe mode, and it still does it.

What is causing this? Any fix?

This is odd, probably an apple bug.
I'll go check this on my mums iPhone in a moment.
EDIT:I can't till the morning as she's out, woteva.
