Clear history bug?

After web searching, when user goes nto Settings, Safari to clear both "History" and "Cookies & Data", on the future users of Safari, sometimes there the last age viewed, is briefly displayed (for a second) then page goes white.

Anyone notice this? To my knowdege, it ben arund since the year dot and even in the latest IOS.

When I do a "reset safari", I don't think I've noticed that.
