and 6.0 megapixel camera? that's a downgrade from even the 4S. and although the phone would be cool, i don't think it's going to happen

Possibly, especially if Samsung don't stop increasing their screen sizes!! This at least is more believable than the iPad XL although doubt it'll be called iPhone XL, more likely iPhone 6!!
