[All iPads] Game Center , how to turn off for good?

Seriously how do I make it not ask me to sign into Game Center every time I load a game up? It's horribly annoying.

I used to think that if we turn off wifi or any internet access then it would stop.

I to sure what you mean. I load up games and Game Center doesn't ask me to login. I only play Game Center type games.
