Give us some more specs about your Mac. Also, where did you get this? The links in the other thread you posted this question to don't seem to be working.
early 2009 24 iMac core2duo 2.93 GHz nVidia gt 120 256mb
8 gb ram
* fixed = i changed the wrapper and put all the package contents in another wrapper provided by the '' The porting team '' and it worked !

Could you make that wrapper available for download please. My version also flickers.

MW2 has a native Mac version. No need for a wrapper, and if you have the game on Steam, it will automatically appear in your OS X library.
