iPhone 5?

I have been hearing rumors of the so-called 'iPhone 5' being released. (I think it will be called the new iPhone) but I am wondering: WHEN WILL IT COME OUT? The 4S is getting old here, and frankly, we need a new iPhone. I hope the iPhone 5 comes out this year, because I think a 4 inch screen would be nice. Also, iOS 6 wouldn't be a bad idea either. I hope iOS 6 comes out at WWDC 13. It am really looking forward for the rumored 'Apple Maps'
