Verizon iPhone move to AT&T what's the difference.

i have a verizion iphone 5 and i want to use it on my AT&T account. can i move it over to them and still have the same capabilities or do i lose something. Am i better off selling it and getting a new one on AT&T. i have been heard the iphone 5 in unlocked, will i still get LTE service on AT&T.

Everything will work besides LTE.
If your area has LTE coverage and would like to use it instead of hspa+ 3G then I'd sell it and get an AT&T i5.
