How do you add a signature to your account for when you post threads/comments?? I know this doesn't fit in the iPhone category but I couldn't really find one for this question.

You didn't go to the right place. Don't click on your screen name but go to the User CP tab (right under Front Page tab). That'll bring up your User Control Panel.
