Galaxy S2 Plus

So I've been wanting a galaxy S2 for awhile (Yes I know it's 2013) but I really like the screen. Looked at the GS2 skyrocket and was turned off, and don't like the look and size of the GS3.

So now the GS2 plus is coming out, is this like a GS3 in terms of speed and screen more like the GS2, or is this just a cheaper GS2? I couldn't figure out if the processor is faster or slower than the GS3 chips.

Thanks.

With a 4.3-inch 800×480 pixel Super AMOLED Plus display, a 1.2Ghz dual-core Exynos processor, 1GB of RAM, 8GB internal storage, 8MP back and 2MP front cameras, a 1650mAh battery, all running Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean, the only notable upgrade.

Doesn't seem worth it.
