Getting all my iTunes into one library

Well I have had horrible luck with my pcs crashing and losing my libraries. Thankfully my whole library from my crashed dell was saved on a iPod nano and my crashed hp on my iPhone. I also have a different library on my wife's MacBook Pro and I want to merge them to my MacBook Air in one library.

First is there third party software to get my libraries from my iPod nano and iPhone?

How could I transfer the music from my wife's library?

She doesn't have an apple ID if that makes a difference.

I'm thinking of getting imatch and a time capsule so that after I finally reunite these playlist I don't lose them again.
