MacOS 9 Screen Issues

Hi! My 867 MHz TiBook shows a normal, full-screen view upon booting into MacOS 9, but then shows the image in the attachment below.

I've tried deleting the Monitor/Display Preference files. How could I fix this??

What about switching screen resolution to something else and then back to where you want it? I've seen this/had this happen on a few games and doing that seemed to do the trick. Especially old 640x480 games. OS9 seems to think it's still at that resolution or something.

No idea if that will work for you or not though.

There was only one resolution option, but plugging the TiBook into an external monitor solved the issue.

Thanks !
