I too appreciate the responsiveness of the touch on the iPhone. Anytime I've used a non iPhone android touchscreen, it was just not as nice. I mean barely noticeable but something about it wasn't quite as smooth or direct.
It's gotten better over the years, but for sure it's not the same.
Meh... When my younger brother had the Galaxy S4 for a week he said the touch screen was too sensitive. The iPhone touch screen is very responsive... but it's not really any better than the touch screens on android devices... the iPhone is usually smoother if that's what you're talking about.
