In that case the only thing to do is:

remove rEFItBlesser in /libary/Startup Items/
Restart computer or shut down and open
Open Terminal
type:

cd /efi/refit

./enable.sh

fill in your (computer login) password....

exit

And it works.

I did not test this without the repairing disk and disk permissions with a install CD. I am so glad it works now finally.
