i'm headed there in the afternoon and i was wondering if anyone traded up also if so how much did they offer you?

i have a AT&T 64 gig was hoping to get $280-300

i know orange offer is offering $306 but i figured it's easier to go there instead of waiting for the check but if the offer is not there i will probably just consider sending it in.

thanks in advance.

I traded mine in with Vodafone UK and got £185.

It's worth shopping around, Apple is often a good fallback if there is no other option or sell it privately.

Vodafone UK also paid it directly to my bank account, won't Orange do that for you?

I ebayed my 16gb 4S for £240 a month ago - put it on buy it now and it sold quick. Even after eBay and paypal's extortionate fees (about £30 between them) I reckon that's a better deal. Of course you do have the minor hassle of listing and posting.

That is one great thing about the iPhone. On the second hand market the demand is always there and know people who have sold 2 year old iPhones for well over 200 quid. For some reason they keep their price rather well.:)

I know certain people don't like the Craigslist method, but I find it gets me the most money the fastest..

I once bought a new 3GS for $412 and sold it a year later for $400.

bumping to see if anybody else has traded in an iPhone 4s and how much they got... I have a 32 gig with a few scratches, nicks... what should I be expecting.

Also should you bring your charger when you trade it in?

I actually really fell in love with my 4S, I really love the design. I think it looks better (apart from the 4 obviously) than any other iPhone. So I think I will buy the 5S, and keep my 4S as an iPod, camera etc. That might be a bit mad, but I am too fond of it to get rid of it.

$310 for my Black Verizon 32g in good condition. They didn't have perfect or I would have picked that. :) Not that I intend on letting it go.
