Handbrake rip problem

Ive just downloaded handbrake onto my new macbook but when I try to rip a dvd I get the following message..

"HandBrake could not find a compatible version of libdvdcss (32-bit libdvdcss is not compatible with 64-bit HandBrake and vice-versa)."

What does this mean?

Download VLC and put it in your Applications directory. Handbreak no longer includes the library for licensing reasons.
