Warp stablize w/ speed ramp

So in premiere cs6 you can use warp as an effect but it will not work if you have slowed down or sped up the clip. what is the fastest way I can replace the clips that I have time ramped with out having to export each one as it's own sequence.

humor me, I'm an idiot and might be using the wrong terms.

try this:
take an empty pop can, place it on the floor, smash it flat, now try to pull it back to how it was.
see how it looks like crap? that's called compression
