the best way to present ones photos

Im trying to find a suitable app in order to make a presentation of selected pictures. I really like the way the screensaver in Leopard displays photos, but i dont like that one cannot manually handle the display of the photos. I want them to move, zoom and shift automatically but going to the next i want to handle that.
Any good apps that do this sort of presentation?

I like iPhoto's slideshow capabilities, or you can use Keynote.

Do you know the mindmap method of presentation? It's very easy to use.

I did mindmap photo presentations for my diploma and it looked fantastic.
Check the example of how it looks (Program i use is ConceptDraw Mindmap)
