Exporting movies out of "Videos" on iPhone
Hi.
My mac hard drive died, taking everything with it. Now I have a new hard drive, and I'm trying to sync my iPhone with it, but if I sync the movies via iTunes, I'll wipe the movies that are currently on my iPhone. How do export the movies out of Videos on the iPhone, so I can at least save them somewhere else (and ultimately reload them back onto the phone). Cheers, Chad |

I think you need something like Phoneview:
http://www.ecamm.com/mac/phoneview/ That's $30, though. There will probably be other options but I don't know what they are. Others may chime in, that's the only one I'm familiar with. |

On Windows you can just browse through the iPhone and drag and drop videos onto your computer. I never understood why it was a lot more complicated on OS X...

in this case, you better use the WiFi access point for doing that. |
