Lagging Macbook Pro

Hi everyone,

I'm still new here. I hope anyone here can help me. I have Macbook Pro Mid 2012. I just bought it last October. For the first week, when I used it, I noticed that my hard drive makes a knocking sound. Then I go to Apple Service Center. They already changed my hard drive.

After I got my mbp back, i used migration assistant to restore all my backup. After a week I noticed my mbp became sluggish n lagging when i want to open apps and do my works in AfterFX, Premiere Pro, etc... Even after I login, I opened system preferences it takes time about 15-20 secs.

I'm so frustrated with this problem. When this problem happened, I need to save my works, restart it back. I've done SMC Reset and PRAM Reset but I'm still facing this problem when I do my works in AFterFX, Premiere Pro, etc..

Is that true I need to reinstall all my applications back instead of restoring it. Will this problem solve if I reinstall my ML and do a fresh install for my apps like AfterFX, Premiere Pro, etc..
