Sorry guys, I'm sure this has been asked many a times but I haven't found a definite answer. I currently have 2011 27" GHz i5 iMac and it says that 16gb of RAM is the maximum for this iMac but I have read of people who have 32gb in theirs. Will this hurt the computer at all? Does it void my warranty? Just looking for some definite answers. Thanks

EveryMac lists all Macs' technical specifications and maximum tested RAM (which often differs from Apple's stated maximum RAM), and as of now, 32 GB is supported on your iMac.
It will not void the warranty.
