Sourcing custom patch options: back patch of karate uniform

Going thru Google leads, but I'd like to throw a line for recommends to the MR community.

My daughter is in karate (yeah, that's awesome) and Sensei found out I was a graphic designer and expressed the desire to get some back-patches for their gi's (uniform). Immediately I thought Cobra-Kai, but they already have a design on the shoulder circular patch embroidered.

I know a large back-patch embroidered may be too expensive but I've been looking into the sublimation printed process.

Any leads would be welcome and appreciated!
