USB port drawing too much power?

USB draining power.
I have been having the same problem and for now nothing has worked.
I also get the screen that shows that one of the USB devices is draining too much power and that is why it has been disabled. But that message even shows when I haven't plugged anything inside the USB ports. When I try to plug something in it doesn't respond. Like the USB ports just simply isn't working.
I would appreciate any help!
