Best iphone/ipad portable charger

I am going to New York next month and want a good portable charger that I can easily charge my iPad and iPhone fully multiple times when needed on the plane etc. what would you say is the best choice for me? I've been looking on eBay but there are loads to choose from with different mah capacities and ive no idea what to pick!

How much are you looking on spending? Mophie makes a couple of chargers for iPhones and iPads that seem really nice.
