Thought: Scroll to refresh for desktop Safari

Just thinking aloud about the desktop Safari, but I wonder if Apple will introduce the ability to scroll to the top of the browser and keep scrolling to the point of rubber band to refresh the page. Similar to the Mail app in iOS.

Does this exist? I did a cursory Google search and din't see anything.
