Please help. Need a solution.

I will be taking a family vacation and taking iPhone 5 as a photo camera and video camera. I will be taking tons of pictures and videos. Normally I would connect to my Mac mini and transfer the photos and video.

On this family vacation, I will not have the Mac mini with me nor wi fi.

What is the best way to transfer the pictures and videos off the iPhone each day (or night), so I would have enough space on my iPhone for more pics and videos.

What would be the best set up?

Thank you

Wi-Drive may have a limitation ... havent tried myself .. just quoting from the link posted above ..

"You also can’t move a file from your iOS device to the Wi-Drive"

There doesn't seem to be any way to store your pictures and videos without a laptop of some sort. You would need the physical hardware to transfer the files to be stored locally.
