QR Maker Pretty good.

Barcode Reader Free

Some of the high end stuff is really expensive though.

The best QR reader is QR Code City's Scan (MacStories' review). It's a free app.

The best flashlight is Lighty (Ben Brooks' review). It costs 99 cents but occasional offered for free.

That is a good barcode site. I am now using its Java Servlet barcode generator library. Nice tool.

I use the 'Light' app for a flashlight, completely free with 3 modes.

JB and get the free Torch app. Much better than anything in AppStore.
