I'm not sure why your installation is failing but try using the 6.1.5-7 drivers. They're older but they work just find for the Intuos 4.

Im deciding between the 22HD and the 24HD the price difference is about 300euros so its not that much.
The question I need answered is: Can a MacBook Air 13" run a 22 or 24 cintiq?
I dont have it yet but Im thinking about that purchase as well. I have been searching the web non stop for anyone with a MBA13" + Cintiq combo but no luck
Also thinking about maybe just upgrading my 2.9C2D 17" with an SSD(allready have 8gb ram) Will it get a good boost?

My wife's 11" MBA will drive my 24" Cintiq HD, in fact it's also my back-up machine if my MBP ever suffers some catastrophe.

I am on a MBP 2012, Ivy Bridge, and also can't install the s/w for Wacom Tablet 6.3.4-3 or 6.3.3. Any ideas???

Even though the driver doesn't say it supports Mountain Lion, it should work. Heck, I'm using an original Intuos (back when they were still made in Japan instead of China) and it seems to work alright under 10.8 using the ancient 6.1.5-2 driver.

I just arrived here, cause my old Intuos (GD-0608-U) isn't recognized with the actual driver on Mountain Lion. Thanks to your hint, I gave the 6.2.0w4 a try - and it works!
