Does this constitute a replacement from Apple?

I have a small circle appearing in all pictures I take using the camera

Thumb resize.
Thumb resize.
Thumb resize.

I know it's kinda hard to see, so the Genius guy may not be able to see it

Yes that is dirty on the camera sensor or lens and they will replace it.

It's not really visible,but they will replace it.
