All iPads BackUp iPad without Mac or iCloud?

I have fitness DVDs on my iPad that I own and aren't available on iTunes. I would like to know if it's possible to backup to another cloud service which creates like a superduper backup of my iPad. Does anyone know anything like this?

I know I can backup to the Mac but that isn't always convenient if I'm not at home and I had to restore.
