iPad Mini Safari scrolling problem
Hi,
I just bought the iPad Mini yesterday, and I've noticed some strange behaviour in Safari while scrolling. Here are two examples: 1) Safari behaves normally when scrolling to the top of the page ("bouncing" it back), doesn't do the same when scrolling to the bottom: http://imgur.com/cMos1 (watch the scrollbar) 2) When scrolling in a zoomed-in page, Safari places the vertical scrollbar properly, but the horizontal scrollbar randomly in the middle of the page, disturbing reading: http://imgur.com/zSZsZ (watch the bottom scrollbar) It's a 16GB WiFi Only White iPad Mini running iOS 6.0.1. And BTW, I saw the exact same thing on one of the iPad minis in the Apple Store the other day... Thanks in advance for your help! |

Probably just a bug that will get ironed out in time.

I don't want to start a new thread and figured since this one has played out, I'll ask here.
I see tabs on Safari browser when I open additional web pages. Is there a function to show these web pages in different window panes? If not, what browser can I use? |

It doesn't happen all the time but I've seen it happen. The horizontal scroll bar zoomed in.
More specifically I've had times when I zoom in on something and the pic is like part of a puzzle piece of two or three blocks. Hard to explain but a refresh of the page gets rid of it Probably some weird ios 6-ipad mini firmware bug |

Private Browsing
I was dealing with this same issue an my iPad Mini. Here's what I did yesterday and I haven't seen the problem since:
1) Go to Settings >> Safari 2) Turn on Private Browsing 3) Clear Cookies & Data I cannot guarantee this will always solve the problem, but it has worked for me. Let me know if that works for anyone else
