I find it strange how some things are taxed from iTunes and some aren't. Some movies/TV shows/music I buy aren't taxed but sometimes they are.

Apple has always charged taxes here as well on the iTunes Store. What bugged me was the raising of song prices from .99 to $1.29

To make me feel better about this line, please tell me you're just a kid. You're not an adult right?

I was going to give you a serious answer to your question, but then I realised that you are probably just trolling anyway.

I haven't experienced this yet. When I get my iTunes receipts it says 0.99 total. Never saw anything about taxes on my receipts.

Woo Hoo, I've always paid my use tax, I'm a 1.6 Percenter, and I never even knew it.

Just for the record, I think that sales tax on software is an utter rip-off because according to every EULA I've ever seen, you don't own the software, just a license to use it.
