Just a word of caution. If you suspend your line without billing - it freezes your contract too. So if you have 17 months left on your contract, when you un-suspend the line, whether it is 3 months or 3 years from now, you will still have 17 months remaining in your contract. The time doesn't tick off of your contract whie the line is suspended.
