I don't think there should be more than one. What happens when you quit Safari? Do they both come back?
I mean you should have Safari and then a Safari Web Content. Maybe a Flash mention if you use it.

I've seen this since the upgrade and if you kill the process, you kill safari. Web content tends to crash when clicking on links.

I really don't know what their doing with Safari. It has a loooot of bugs.
I think that after you empty cache it's ok.
