I received an email as follows:

To make this version Ready for Sale, click Release This Version on the Version Details page. You can get to the Version Details page by signing in to iTunes Connect and opening the Manage Your Applications module.

I open the Manage Your Applications Module:

Neither on that page or when I select the application do I see "Release this Version" link.

Where is this link supposed to be?

What does your app's Status field say?

Click on your app, isn't there a blue button on the top right, at the place where "Ready for Upload" is?

The email I received said click Release This Version on the Version Details page.

I don't see such a link.

Ok the link wasnt there. I apparently had to add some personal information to the detail view first.

I had to add email address to "app review" section then the linked appeared. Interestingly the email address was there before. but suddenly was not. Had to add it back.
