Use wired and bluetooth speakers at the same time

Hi all!

I wonder if anyone can help out here. Any assistance appreciated!

I have a set of powered speakers connected to the headphone jack of my MacBook. I just bought a lovely Bluetooth speakers. The whole idea was to have the same sound in two rooms. So, I want to have both sets of speakers on at the same time. But right now, it's one or the other! When I use the Bluetooth speakers as the headphones, the wired speakers shut off.

Any suggestions how I can have both my headphone jack, and my Bluetooth speakers, running at the same time?

Thanks in advance for any assistance that the community may be able to offer!

Same boat here. I've tried Soundflower and the Audio Midi Setup by reading other threads here and elsewhere but nothing is working yet.

My goal is to have my speakers plugged in via the headphone jack and my bluetooth speakers to listen to in another room.

None here. But I'm still running 10.6.8. Maybe a newer OS has this ability?
