Portable Charger?

Anyone have any suggestions for the best portable charger for the iphone 5? I talking about something you can take on a long road trip or somewhere where you wont have power or something.

It's compatible with any USB device and it also puts out the same amount of power as a wall charger so it charge an iPad.

Define best. What criteria do you have? What's your budget? Don't just assume that your notion of best is universal no matter what the topic.
