Xen install on 2012 Mac Mini

Hi All,

I picked up the 2012 Mac Mini with quad i7, maxed it out to 16gb ram from frys. I am now wanting to install vm's on it. I looked at esxi but its pretty limited in the free version. Has anyone here tried installing xen or kvm on their mac mini? If so how did it go?
