iPod touch iPod Touch Won't Turn On

Hey guys, I just reset my iPod touch to get rid of all the songs and stuff that was on there. Once it tries to reset, the Apple symbol comes up, but then it just turns off. Any reason why my iPod won't turn on? Any solutions?

Try Restoring it
