Apple ID Disabled

hey, whenever I try to update/install new programs, my iphone/macbook says "your apple id has been disabled", fair enough, but it still lets me log in, review payment info and use itunes match. i've reset my password, adjusted payment info with no success.

any ideas?

Not sure why it would tell you it's disabled but still let you log in...

Either way, maybe this'll help:

Hmm... If you give me your Amex, I'll see if my account accepts it.

So you've reset your password via http://iforgot.apple.com/, then signed out of all related accounts (iTunes, App Store, iBookstore, iCloud, whatever else) on all applicable devices (iPhone, iPod, iPad, Mac, iTunes on Windows PC, etc), then signed back into those with the new password and you still get this error?
