I prefer these desks, which offer places to hide the cables and store things discretely...

If anyone knows where to get any of them, please let me know.

Thanks.

Cable outlets and compartment in the back keeps cords and cables out of sight but close at hand.

I have the Galant and I love it. You can configure the system any way you want it with a variety of table top colors, materials, sizes and shapes. it's pretty amazing and affordable. It also has accessories for cable management.

I think these desks are stunning, but I remember they were about 700, can't remember where I found them for sale though. they came in white, silver, red, grey I think.

If you do end up going the DIY route, Houzz is your friend. I'm considering building a floating desk, and there's a ton of fantastic examples out there: http://www.houzz.com/floating-desk

I love the idea of having one of these, I probably will make one, but I need to incorporate more storage into mine. Any good examples?
