Softboxes - Suggestions?

My lighting needs work.
I need portability.
Is LED an option?
I also need it to set up fast.

Any suggestions?

will be used for interviews and fill lighting for real estate showings.

I use lowell rifa's. I have this kit... http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/produc...ig_Triple.html

You can buy them individually too if you don't need 3. And they also make smaller ones for considerably cheaper. I like the big ones and just adjust the bulbs for more or less light.
