Winebottler Question

Hello,
I have a really quick question.
I have created a prefix for a game and I accidentally chose the wrong exe to launch when I start up the application. There were several exes to chose from and I picked the wrong one. Is there any way to change the exe that the application runs? Any help would be appreciated!

For your input, and I know I can do that, but for some reason wineskin is very tricky for me. I don't know why.
On another note, anyone know exactly how to install .NET in a wineskin?
