Partition help

I am looking to create a separate but not equal partition of OSX, for security reasons, so I'm not doing this activity on my main partition.


The only problem is, any partition is just as powerful as the main partition.


You know how when you dual boot windows/osx; the mac partition is powerful and can access anything on the windows partition; but the windows partition is powerless compared to the mac partition.


I want that, just instead of windows/mac I want it mac/mac

Please help.
