You might want to state from which format are you starting and what you want to end up with.

Might want to check if Audacity or XLD would work for you (as a start).

If you're using iTunes under Windows, iTunes can do that. If you're not, again, XLD is an excellent audio converter.

Alright, so I downloaded XLD. It opened once and I accidentally hit X and now it won't open when I try to launch the app. I've tried re-downloading but it still won't open.
