I have a lot of my videos and movies on my computer, mostly in MP4 format. The quality of these videos is excellant and when I watch them on my computer everything looks great. However once I burn them to a DVD they don't look nearly as good. I am obviously not looking for HD quality, just general DVD quality. The biggest issue I notice is the blacks always look very grainy, if it is a dark scene or all black you see pixelated black splotches everywhere.

I use Toast Titanium 10 to burn them and leave everything set to "auto" for quality settings. Is there a better program to use for encoding MP4 and burning them to DVD? The picture really is bad.
